• DHL Airport pick-up service

This is one of the most important services that the DHL offers. We know the importance of having a friendly face waiting to pick you up at an unfamiliar airport and in a country where you may or may not know anyone and where the language could be a big barrier.

Even if you have been here before, there is nothing like having someone waiting to pick you up after hours of travel. This is what the people at DHL have learned to become experts.
 
How this service works:

(1). Students wishing to use the DHL pick-up service are requested to apply at least one week in advance.
(2). The DHL will require the following information from all requesting students.
a. Full name as it appears in the student’s passport/travel documents.
b. The program which the student intends to enroll in at the fajr center.
c. Actual date of arrival at Cairo airport.
d. Flight numbers to Cairo
e. Airline
f. The airport the student will be arriving at (Old airport/New airport).
g. How many baggage will the student be traveling with.
h. DHL will also want to know if the student will be traveling by him/herself, in a group or with his family. If in a group or with a family please state the total number of men, women and children.
i. Will the student be staying at the hotel, DHL room, or housing?
j. How long does the student intend to study at the FCAL?


(3). All student wanting this service are required to complete a request for pick-up service prior to arriving in Cairo, failing to do this will result in delay in pick-up.

(4). If a student decides to terminate his request for this service, DHL requires at least one day in advance. If the student does not request for termination and does not show up, the student will be required to pay for the service provided.

(5) After the student is given the service he will be asked kindly to fill a feedback form which is he/she can give to the center.
